Blogcatalog is where I spend most of my time http://www.blogcatalog.com/ I get a lot of traffic on my sites from BlogCatalog. Yes, I have two others http://mythoughts-ssb.blogspot.com and http://theheartofamomtjb.blogspot.com This last one is my gram's book.

I think networking is an important part of the whole blogging thing and if you have a business you should have a blog.

I know authors, musicians, web developers, teachers, the list could go on and on. I think it's good for your marketing. You don't have to have the widgets as long as you embed the code for the BC and that's invisible. Administration is always there so if there is a problem that would be the place to go.

My site became a place to congradulate a little boy named Christopher. He won a brand new bike that he gave away to a little boy that was a fire victim. This was one of the most cool events ever. His mom, aunt, and grandma left comments telling him what an awesome kid he is. This is where I want my site to go. I want the people who deserve recognition to get it. I want a whole lot less of the negative news and a whole lot more of the positive. If anybody wants to read http://proofpositivity.blogspot.com/2008/05/proof-positivity-this-child-deserves.html
